Affiliate & Ambassador

• Gifted product trials. We send a cap to try. Receiving a cap does not by itself create a sponsorship, ambassadorship or ongoing agreement.
• Content collaborations. A specific, agreed piece of work, arranged case by case.
• The BEST Founding Athlete Program. A separate, longer-term program with its own selection process and agreement. It is not the same as a one-off collaboration.

Collaborations are open to swimmers, coaches, clubs and creators in the swimming community. Applications are reviewed individually and we are not able to accept everyone. We may end a collaboration at any time, and so may you.

Collaborations relate to our swim caps — the BEST Performance Dome Cap, Custom BEST Performance Dome Caps and Custom BEST Seamless Caps. Complimentary products are provided for genuine use and feedback.

• We want genuine opinions, including where a product does not work for you.
• We will never ask you to claim something you have not experienced, or to make performance claims we cannot support.
• Content should be your own, respectful and appropriate for a public audience.
• We may ask to review content before it is posted where an agreement says so.

Where you are given a discount code, it is for sharing with your audience and must not be posted to coupon aggregators or used in paid search on our brand name. Codes may be limited in value, quantity or time, and may be withdrawn. Where commission is offered, the rate, tracking method and payment schedule will be set out in your individual agreement.

Where you tag us or supply content as part of a collaboration, you grant us permission to reshare and use that content across our website, social channels and marketing, with credit. You keep ownership of your content. You can ask us to stop using it at any time by emailing support@bestswim.com.au, and we will remove it from material we control going forward.

You are responsible for following your school, club, team and competition uniform and sponsorship rules. We do not ask or encourage anyone to breach an existing supplier, uniform or sponsorship arrangement. If wearing our cap would breach a rule, do not wear it in that setting.

Where an athlete is under 18, a parent or guardian must consent before any collaboration begins and before any content featuring that athlete is published or reused by us.

Collaborations are non-exclusive unless separately agreed in writing. You are responsible for any tax obligations arising from products or payments you receive. Where you sign an individual athlete or ambassador agreement, that agreement prevails over this page to the extent of any inconsistency.
