Pre-Order Policy

A pre-order lets you reserve a cap — for example a new colourway of the BEST Performance Dome Cap — before it is physically in stock. Pre-order items are clearly labelled on the product page along with the estimated dispatch window at the time of ordering.

Payment is taken in full at the time you place a pre-order, which is what secures your place in the allocation. Prices are as shown at checkout.

Any dispatch window shown is an estimate based on our current production and freight schedule. It is not a guaranteed delivery date. Once stock arrives, pre-orders are dispatched before general orders and normal shipping timeframes then apply.

If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, we will tell you whether the order will be held and shipped together once complete, or split into separate deliveries.

Email support@bestswim.com.au with your order number to change a delivery address, colour or quantity. We can usually make changes any time before dispatch.

• You may cancel a pre-order at any time before it is dispatched for a full refund.
• Refunds are returned to your original payment method.
• Once dispatched, our standard Returns & Refunds policy applies.
• Custom club caps are made to order and are covered by Custom Team Orders, not this policy.
