Rinse in clean fresh water after every chlorinated or saltwater session, dry fully before storing, and keep the cap out of direct sun and heat.

Warranty Claims
We cover manufacturing defects and incorrect production. Send us your order number, a description and clear photos, and we will assess your claim.

Returns
30-day change-of-mind returns on unused stock caps. Faulty, damaged or incorrect caps are always covered. Custom caps are excluded from change-of-mind returns once approved.

Tracked Australian delivery. In-stock orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days. Custom cap production time is separate from shipping time.
