Custom Team Orders

• Custom BEST Performance Dome Caps — our contoured dome silicone cap, printed with your club branding.
• Custom BEST Seamless Caps — a separate seamless silicone cap style, printed with your club branding.

The two styles are different products. Dome-specific features do not apply to seamless caps, and we will confirm which style your quote and proof relate to before production.

Ordering rules on this page — minimum quantity, approval, production, cancellation and consumer rights — apply to both custom styles.

• 01 — Submit an Enquiry. Tell us your club, cap style, approximate quantity and timing.
• 02 — Receive Initial Concepts. We prepare a digital concept based on your logo and colours.
• 03 — Confirm Design, Quantity and Pricing. We issue a written quote covering unit price, quantity and delivery.
• 04 — Approve Final Artwork and Pay. You approve the final digital proof in writing and payment is arranged.
• 05 — Production Begins. Your caps are manufactured to the approved proof.
• 06 — Order Is Shipped. We dispatch with tracking and confirm by email.

Custom orders start at 10 caps per style and design. Mixed colours or multiple designs within one order may affect pricing and the minimum — we will confirm this in your written quote.

• Cap colour, from our available silicone colours.
• Club, school or squad logos and crests.
• Text such as club name, squad name or event name.
• Individual athlete names, where agreed as part of the order.
• Print placement, within the printable area of the cap.

Please supply vector artwork where possible (AI, EPS or PDF). High-resolution raster files may be usable, and we will tell you if a file cannot be printed cleanly.

We will send a digital proof before production. It is your responsibility to check the proof carefully, including spelling, athlete names, logo version, colours, placement, cap style and quantities.

A digital proof is a visual representation for approval. It is not a photograph of the finished cap and does not guarantee an exact colour or finish match.

We work through revisions with you before approval so the proof is right. Revisions are not unlimited — if a design changes substantially or repeatedly, we will let you know if additional design time applies before continuing.

Once you approve the proof in writing, production may begin immediately. Changes after approval may not be possible, and an error carried through from an approved proof cannot be remade free of charge.

By supplying a logo, crest, sponsor mark or athlete name, you confirm you own it or have permission to use it, and that producing caps with it will not infringe anyone else's rights. You keep ownership of your artwork. We own our cap designs, moulds, tooling and production templates.

Silicone printing has practical limits. Very fine lines, small text, gradients and photographic detail may not reproduce cleanly, and we will advise if artwork needs simplifying.

Colours shown on a screen or in a digital proof may differ from the finished silicone cap. Slight variation between production batches and between reorders is normal and is not considered a fault.

Pricing is confirmed in writing before you approve artwork, including unit price, quantity, GST where applicable and delivery. Full payment is required before production begins, unless invoiced terms have been agreed in writing.

Production is estimated at 4–6 weeks from written artwork approval. Shipping time is additional to production time.

Timeframes are estimates only and can be affected by order size, artwork approval speed, production scheduling and freight. We do not guarantee delivery by a specific date. If your caps are needed for a meet, tell us the date at enquiry stage and we will advise what is realistic. See our Shipping Policy.

• Before artwork approval — you may cancel your order. Any design work already completed may be charged, and we will tell you in advance if that applies.
• After artwork approval and once production has started — custom caps cannot generally be cancelled, because they are made to your specification.
• This does not affect your rights if the caps are faulty, incorrect or fail a consumer guarantee.

Custom caps are generally not eligible for change-of-mind returns once approved or produced. You keep your full rights where caps have a manufacturing fault, were produced incorrectly, do not match the artwork you approved, were supplied in the wrong quantity or style, or otherwise fail a consumer guarantee. We keep your approved artwork on file so reorders are straightforward. Reorders are subject to the same minimum order quantity, current pricing and production timeframes, and slight colour variation between batches can occur.
