This typically includes your name, email address, phone number where you provide it, delivery address, club or school name, order details, and any artwork or personalisation you supply.

When you browse bestswim.com.au, we and our analytics providers may collect technical information such as device type, browser, approximate location, pages viewed and referring links. This is used to keep the site secure, measure performance and improve the shopping experience.

We use Meta Pixel for advertising measurement: to measure permitted page visits and shopping actions (viewing a product, adding to cart and starting checkout) from Facebook and Instagram ads, and to show relevant ads to people who visited our shop. Meta receives page URLs, the product IDs, prices and currency involved, device and browser information, IP address and cookie identifiers. We do not send form answers, names, email addresses, addresses or customer matching data through this installation. Meta may process this information outside Australia.

We do not show a consent banner. Facebook tracking stays off in regions requiring advertising consent and when your region cannot be determined. Global Privacy Control, Do Not Track and your saved refusal are respected. You can withdraw advertising permission below; your refusal takes effect immediately in this browser and its other open tabs. Ad clicks and impressions still count on Facebook and Instagram.

Payments are handled by our e-commerce and payment providers, and card details are entered directly with those providers. We do not store full payment card numbers.

We share only what is required to complete your order. Your name, delivery address and contact details are provided to our delivery partners so your caps can be shipped and tracked.

Marketing messages: launch news, offers and discount codes, are only sent where you have opted in. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.

Order messages: confirmations, artwork proofs, production updates, dispatch and delivery notices, are part of fulfilling your order and are sent regardless of your marketing preferences.

When you supply a club logo, artwork or a list of athlete names for personalisation, we use that material only to prepare proofs, produce your caps and keep a production record for reorders. You confirm that you have permission to supply that material. Requests to delete artwork or name lists after production can be sent to support@bestswim.com.au.

Many swimmers are under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from a child without the involvement of a parent, guardian, club or school. Where an athlete under 18 takes part in a collaboration, review, competition or content opportunity, we require parent or guardian consent before their personal information, name or image is used.
