When you supply a club logo, artwork or a list of athlete names for personalisation, we use that material only to prepare proofs, produce your caps and keep a production record for reorders. You confirm that you have permission to supply that material. Requests to delete artwork or name lists after production can be sent to support@bestswim.com.au.

Many swimmers are under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from a child without the involvement of a parent, guardian, club or school. Where an athlete under 18 takes part in a collaboration, review, competition or content opportunity, we require parent or guardian consent before their personal information, name or image is used.
